Refundable orders must be received and/or returned to our warehouse within 30 days of receipt of the product. The return shipping costs are charged to the customer, who must return the goods to our warehouse. (It may take more than 10 days to process your refund, depending on your credit institution). The returned product must be intact and sealed.
